Provides a public library, research, and study area. Offers a variety of materials and services for the community, including: access to collection of books, DVDs and entertainment, public computers, WiFi, copiers, printers, and fax machine. A local history collection is also available. Occasionally delivers programs that encourage the arts, culture, and lifelong learning for all ages. Serves as a warming/cooling center during periods of extreme cold/heat.
