Eligibility

Serves youth and young adults with behavioral and mental health needs. Open to youth in kindergarten up to the age of 21 if the individual has not yet received a high school diploma.

Hours

Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:15am to 4:45pm

Application process

Accepts agency referrals from school districts, juvenile probation, Children and Youth services, or MH/MR facilities. Call or email for additional information.
