Apply for LIHEAP through the Centre County Assistance Office. LIHEAP eligible customers will be evaluated for Fuel Bank assistance, but LIHEAP eligibility does not guarantee Fuel Bank eligibility.

Description
Provides free heating products to qualifying residents. The Fuel Bank is not intended to cover all the heating costs of a household nor pay for past due or unpaid heating bills. It exists to help avoid a heating emergency and provides the following: Fuel oil Wood Coal Propane (for heating purposes only)
