Academic Specialists provide free help with education goals. Services include career planning, assistance with financial aid applications, information on entering post-secondary schools, GED information, and academic and educational counseling. Talent Search complements the EOC program by helping to prepare adolescents for post secondary education, including SAT prep

The Educational Opportunity Center has three offices in Northeast PA; including Edwardsville, Hazleton, and Scranton. Each office is staffed with academic specialists providing free help with education goals. Serves Carbon, Columbia, Lackawanna, Lehigh, Luzerne, Monroe, Northampton, Schuylkill, Susquehanna, Wayne, and Wyoming Counties.
