You are eligible for Healthy Woman screening services if you meet all three of the following criteria: A) Be a female Pennsylvania resident between the ages of 40 and 64 B) Have no health care insurance, insufficient health care insurance (one that does not cover breast and/or cervical cancer screening services), or an insurance with a co-pay or deductible that you can not afford C) Have a pre-tax household income at or below 250% of the federal poverty annual income guidelines
Mondays through Wednesday, 8:00am to 6:00pm, and Thursday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

Description

Family Planning Plus provides complete gynecological examinations (pap tests, pelvic exams, and clinical breast exams), STD testing, and care for minor GYN problems like vaginal infections for women of all ages and incomes. All services are confidential.

A non-profit health care organization dedicated to providing confidential and accessible reproductive health services to improve the quality of life and well-being of the community. Staff helps couples plan families when they are ready, improve pregnancy outcomes, improve maternal and child health, reduce unintended pregnancy, slow the spread of sexually transmitted diseases, detect cancer at early and curable stages, and educate the community about general health maintenance, sexuality, and reproductive health. Family Planning provides a range of lab work (CMP, CBC, TSH, A1c & many more) and can also offer free health coaching to help you make small, healthy changes in your life to reduce the risk of heart disease. Family Planning also provides help for women going through menopause.
