Offers an 8 week program designed to help veterans (and their spouses) of any age and ability to improve their physical and mental well-being. Program includes: A) Small-group personal training B) Nutritional guidance C) Group walks, yoga, aerobics, and more. D) Access to all YCMA facilities E) Free family memberships during the program and waived joiner fees after the program
