Eligibility

Pennsylvania residents who: A) meet income guidelines B) Have a medical or nutritional need for program services C) Are pregnant, breastfeeding, or postpartum D) Have a child no older than the age of 5

Hours

Monday through Thursday, 8:30am to 4:30pm Friday, 8:30am to 12:30pm

Call to make an appointment; walk-ins with necessary documents accepted

Description

Provides nutrition education, breastfeeding support and education, individual screening for nutrition anemia and lead testing referral, participant referrals to other community programs, and tailored food packages to supplement the individual needs of the participant and/or their child.
