Eligibility

Single men and women experiencing homelessness can self refer Homeless families with children must have a referral through Coordinated Entry case managers Must be a Lancaster County resident for at least 90 days

Hours

24/7 Access Center: Monday through Thursday, 8:00am to 3:00pm Friday, 8:00am to 2:00pm

Application process

Call 211 or 855-567-5341 for screening into the Coordinated Entry System (CES), Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 5:00pm. Single men and women intake required through the access center

Water Street Mission

A non-denominational Christian ministry reaching out to homeless and needy men, women and children. Provides food, shelter, counseling and rehabilitation services 365 days per year to all who seek their help. In addition, the Mission Medical and Dental Clinic offers basic medical and dental care, the Youth Center provides after school programs and a summer day camp, and Community Ministries provides a food bank, clothing distribution and other services to needy people in Lancaster County.
