Offers academic afterschool programs onsite for students in grades K-5 throughout Adams County and outlying areas. Collaborates with school personnel to reinforce school-day lessons while providing homework help, tutoring, and academic enrichment activities. Provides safe and supportive environments where children can experience fun, hands-on learning. Each site offers STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art, and math), nutrition and fitness, positive behavior reinforcement, and more.

Center for Youth and Community Development
Serves as the home of Collaborating for Youth (CFY), the CFY Youth Coalition, la Comunidad, and the Coalition for Overdose Awareness & Recovery (COAR). Facilitates Youth Coalition meetings in each of the county high schools and a county-wide meeting each month. Runs after-school programs in Bermudian Springs Elementary, Dover Elementary/North Salem, Franklin Township Elementary, James Gettys Elementary, Lincoln Elementary, St. Francis Xavier School, Alloway Creek Elementary, Fairfield Elementary, Conewago Valley Intermediate School, Upper Adams Intermediate School, Biglerville Elementary, Conewago Township Elementary, and New Oxford Elementary. Offers a Strengthening Families Program in English and Spanish. Provides prevention education, substance-free events, naloxone, Medicine Take Backs, lock boxes, and referrals to treatment and other assistance.
