Offers volunteer services to youth service agencies in order to fill roles where there are gaps in service. The volunteer works through the matched agency to receive training and meets with children, youth, young adult assigned at least once a week.

Helps improve services or care by providing effective recruitment, training, development, and placement of volunteers with local organizations where there are gaps or limitations in services revealed by needs assessments. The volunteers provide positive relationships to high-risk youth who lack these roles in their lives so that they may learn self-sufficiency skills and reach more positive outcomes for their futures.
