Call 211 or 855-567-5342 to complete a Coordinated Entry pre-screen
Self-referrals, walk-in to Restart Day Center at 360 Locust Street or call 717-449-0492, Monday through Thursday, 9:00am to 3:00pm to complete an intake/pre-screen and be placed on a processing list
After hours: Individuals in a DV situation, must have police escort to enter after 9:30pm
