Homeless Columbia residents or those with a connection to Columbia; others may be accepted on a case-to-case basis; Single men and women only, no families.

Monday through Sunday, 5:00pm to 8:00am

Application process

Call 211 or 855-567-5342 to complete a Coordinated Entry pre-screen Self-referrals, walk-in to Restart Day Center at 360 Locust Street or call 717-449-0492, Monday through Thursday, 9:00am to 3:00pm to complete an intake/pre-screen and be placed on a processing list After hours: Individuals in a DV situation, must have police escort to enter after 9:30pm

Emergency shelter for homeless Columbia individuals 18+. Meals included. Laundry and showers available - this is for Shelter guests only - not the general public. Not equipped to handle someone in a wheelchair at this time.
