Description
Offers eye screenings for all ages to identify any vision and binocular issues. Can also help individuals find an eye care provider that is right for you, and refer to the Remedial Eye Program if appropriate to help defray the cost of glasses.

Provides community screenings and education for preventative measures as well as works with the blind and visually impaired to improve the quality of life for those effected. Services are provided throughout Venango, Clarion, and Forest Counties. Services are predominantly free of service for those who qualify visually for programming.
