Description

Provides emergency shelter, homelessness prevention, permanent supportive housing, transitional housing, and educational support. Permanent supportive housing and shelter plus care programs include intensive case management. Serves as assessment office for intake into Western Pennsylvania continuum of care housing services.

Provides a wide variety of human services to individuals and families throughout Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties. Programs include child care, aging, family planning services, primary and pediatric health care, mental health treatment and care, substance abuse treatment, homeless assistance, home health care, nutrition services, sexual violence services, mental health crisis intervention, and family support services.
