Description
Provides young adults ages 17 to 24 who have disadvantages to employment with the chance to earn their GEDs, receive on-the-job training, and earn a wage while doing it.
Providing organization
Goodwill of the Southern Alleghenies
Provides retail stores, job training, employment support, and rehabilitation services to individuals with disadvantages and disabilities, dislocated workers, youth, and other job seekers. Goodwill directs revenue generated from the sale of donated items into community services and programs in Bedford, Blair, Cambria, Huntingdon, Indiana, Somerset, and portions of Westmoreland.
