The Pittsburgh Hispanic Development Corporation (PHDC) is a community development corporation that focuses on racial equity in the greater Pittsburgh area. Provides services to improve the lives of Hispanics in the region, increase the Hispanic population, support existing and new Hispanic businesses, and increase Hispanic investment in the region. The Hispanic Corporation supports Community and Economic Development by promoting Business Entrepreneurship, Housing Accessibility and Stabilization, and Employment. The Hispanic Corporation believes that sustaining and accelerating the growth of the Pittsburgh region can only be accomplished through the promotion of diversity and racial equity.
