Provides free legal advice and representation. Assists with the following: Resolving disputes with IRS audits, appeals, and collection matters; Preventing IRS collection in cases of financial hardship; Tax problems arising from identity theft; and Innocent spouse cases. Provides outreach and education. Holds clinics in various locations.
