Offers general counseling services for individuals, couples, and families. Group counseling is available. Counseling Services seek to improve client functioning, promote self-sufficiency, and reduce barriers to good mental and emotional health for people in need. These services give individuals and families the skills they need to minimize distress and maximize wellness. Therapy addresses troubling life events, work issues, challenging relationships, problem behaviors, grief, and other specific mental health concerns.
