If you don't meet the eligible criteria above and are at or below 200% FPL you may be eligible for service

Provides assistance to qualifying individuals who require help to prevent disconnection of a utility service, to pay overdue bills for any energy source, to purchase any type of heating fuel or to repair/replace heating equipment.
