Eligibility
Must be 55 years or older, receiving disability or unemployment income, able to demonstrate a certified medical emergency, resident of the National Fuel Gas service territory but not necessarily a National Fuel Gas customer.
Individuals who do not meet the criteria above may still be eligible if their income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines
