Dollar Energy Fund - Pennsylvania American Water Company (PAWC) Sewer Service Payment Assistance
For grant program: 150% of federal poverty guidelines. For discounted services: 200% of federal poverty guidelines. Customers must have their sewage managed by PAWC, not just billed by PAWC, and must meet the current service status requirement. Additional eligibility criteria apply.
