Coordinates the ten independent, regional legal aid programs and six specialized legal resource programs that comprise the Pennsylvania Legal Aid Network. Helps the public find free legal advice/representation in their region, offers self-help information and community education services through its website and the "PA Law HELP" website, and advocates on legislation affecting its services and/or clients.
