Leadership Lancaster

Curriculum includes: - Core Program: Participants attend seminars held September-May. Provide an insider's view of Lancaster, its people and its issues. Instructed by community leaders covering topics such as human services, the economy, education, law and justice, understanding diversity, government, health care and the fine arts. Two retreats focus on leadership skill training to enhance personal growth - Executive Orientation Services: Offered to new executives and their spouse/partner and consists of 5 sessions. Topics covered similar to the Core Class. Offers networking opportunities - Leadership Advantage: One-day workshop designed to offer a wide range of topics that support the work of volunteers and staff in non-profit organizations. Accounting, fundraising, board development and training are among the topics discussed - Board Leadership Academy: Series of half day sessions for non-profit board members and senior staff desiring more effective performance in their leadership roles
