Eligibility
Individuals must be:
A) 18 years of age or older
B) A resident of Mercer County
C) Have a documented primary diagnosis of drug/alcohol abuse, dependency, or a co-occurring mental health/substance use disorder diagnosis with equal severity of conditions
D) Willing to participate voluntarily

Administration/Intake Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm

Provides community-based recovery services delivered in a variety of settings including the consumer’s home, community, treatment provider locations, etc. Assists individuals with addiction issues or co-occurring mental health and addiction issues in need of outreach, mentoring, and peer support in all stages of the recovery process.
