Application process
Visit the website below for an application and additional information on services. The completed application must be mailed along with appropriate doctor’s notes and a $15 application fee. After submission, the Program Director will contact the designated individual to conduct an intake interview before the class is scheduled. This helps ensure the appropriate class is matched to the individual's needs.
Fees
Fee per class is $30/each which is paid at time of service, scholarships available upon request (additional documentation). Classes are 9 weeks each - Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter. Camps have a separate fee structure depending on the length of the camp. Veterans are free.
