Allegheny County residents who receive Medicaid (Medical Assistance).
Must be age 64 or younger and able to ride public transportation.

Applications available and accepted at most in-network Medicaid health service providers.
Paper applications are available for individuals who are not using in-network providers. Call for details.

Provides Pittsburgh Regional Transit fare to and from non-emergency Medicaid-reimbursable services and facilities. Included are doctor's appointments, other medical trips (dentist, therapist, pharmacy), drug and alcohol counseling, and mental health counseling as long as the services are billed through Medical Assistance.

Assistance is offered through local programs to assist clients to attend medical and social service appointments and employment-related activities.
