City of Pittsburgh residents.
Hours
Monday, 9:00am to 3:00pm Tuesday and Wednesday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, Thursday and Friday, 9:00am to 3:00pm Appointments required to meet with staff and are encouraged to use computer lab and other resources.
