Pinnacle Treatment Centers - Opiate Addiction Treatment

Provides outpatient medication-assisted treatment for opiate addiction, supported with a full complement of clinical and case management services. Provides patients with an environment to help break the cycle of addiction. Men and women struggling with opioid use disorders will find help through General Outpatient Treatment (OP) and Office-Based Opiate Treatment (OBOT) programs. Medication-assisted treatment includes methadone, buprenorphine (Suboxone), and Vivitrol. Treatment plans include individual, group, and family counseling coupled with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), grief/loss therapy, art therapy, vocational counseling, and life skills training. Relapse prevention and off-site 12-step meetings support long-term recovery. Pregnant women welcome.
