Eligibility
Allegheny County residents working at least 20 hours per week.
Hours
Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm First and Third Tuesday of the Month Extended Hours: 8:00am to 6:30pm

Parents will be charged for a portion of child care fees. There is no cost for eligibility screenng.

Helps families access child care funding and provides information about early learning settings more broadly, such as Head Start and Pre K Counts options, and works with child care providers to strengthen quality practices. The ELRC is a partnership between the Allegheny County Department of Human Services, the Alliance for Infants and Toddlers, and Trying Together.
