Comprised of two agencies: the Lycoming-Clinton Mental Health/Intellectual Disabilities Program, and Lycoming Children and Youth Services. MH/ID programs are mandated by the state to provide a variety of services to individuals with mental illness or intellectual disabilities. CYS programs are mandated by the state to guarantee the health, safety, welfare, and social growth of children and youth. Please note that agency services are identical across both counties with the exception of Children and Youth services, as Clinton County has it's own Children and Youth programming.
