Eligibility
Serves Westmoreland County residents with children age birth to 3 years who have documented or suspected developmental delays or disabilities. Visit the Eligibility Website for more details.
Hours
Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:00pm
Application process
Call to request an intake appointment. A Service Coordinator from Westmoreland Case Management and return the call to schedule an appointment. Accepts referrals from medical providers and self-referrals from parents/guardians.
Fees
Services are provided at no cost to families. Funding is available through Medical Assistance, the Infant and Toddler, Family Waiver, and state funded Early Intervention Programs. The Service Coordinator assists family in applying for these resources.
