Westmoreland County Behavioral Health and Developmental Services - Early Intervention

Provides coaching supports designed to help families with children who have developmental delays or disabilities. Services help children to develop and learn through typical routines at home, in the community, or in their early childhood programs such as daycare and childcare centers.

Application process

Call to request an intake appointment. A Service Coordinator from Westmoreland Case Management and return the call to schedule an appointment. Accepts referrals from medical providers and self-referrals from parents/guardians.

Fee

Services are provided at no cost to families. Funding is available through Medical Assistance, the Infant and Toddler, Family Waiver, and state funded Early Intervention Programs. The Service Coordinator assists family in applying for these resources.

Eligibility
