A waiver funded, self-direct personal care service supporting individuals based in Lehigh & Northampton Counties. The Agency With Choice, or AWC, model allows an individual or the surrogate of their choosing to persons of their choice that will support them as needed within the individuals’ home and communities. The Arc of Lehigh & Northampton Counties acts as a co-employer, however the delivery of care remains managed and supervised by the individual and or their surrogate designee.
