A) First time homebuyer B) Families that own or are acquiring shares in cooperative C) Families that have completed Pre-Purchase Housing Counseling D) Minimum income requirements ($14,500 per year; $6,624 per year for families with disabled members) E) Minimum 1 year employment requirement, at least 30 hours a week (disabled/elderly exempt) F) No felony crime in the past 5 years- No fraud using federal money G) Home must pass 2 Inspections, one by an inspector who is certified by the American Society of Home Inspection and a PHA Inspection

Mortgage loans for less than 20 years may be subsidized for a maximum term of 10 years. Program available to HUD's Housing Choice voucher recipients.
