General Protective Services
Provides protective services to families in need of ongoing social services support and are unable to maintain a minimal level of medical care supervision and /or education for their child. Links families to resources such as housing, mental health,drug and alcohol treatment, parenting education and family counseling.

Receives and investigate reports of child abuse and neglect, provide for the temporary care of children not able to remain with their own families and develop community-wide social service programs that promote family stability. The Agency endeavors to be responsive to the changing health and welfare needs of all families by encouraging the development of programs that reduce dependency and strengthen family life.
