Eligibility
Client must already be receiving food stamps or cash assistance. Must
show proof of a driver's license, car insurance, ability to continue
paying car insurance, the vehicle's ability to pass inspection, and a
plan for how the remainder of the purchase costs will be paid if the
assistance provided isn't enough to pay the total cost. The vehicle
being purchased must then be put in the name of the client.
