Lancaster County Planning Commission

Principal responsibilities are to work with elected and appointed officials and the general public to create and implement the county's comprehensive plan. LCPC reviews all proposals and amendments related to land use (zoning ordinance, zoning map, subdivisions, land developments, comprehensive plans) as required by the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code and also sewage facilities plans as required by Act 537.
