Providing organization

Visiting Nurse Association of Erie County

Providing professional, compassionate skilled care to homebound patients. Customized to the individual needs of the patients and family, in conjunction with the physician's medical orders for treatment and care. Services include: Skilled Nursing, Hospice and Palliative Care; Rehab Therapy: Physical, Occupational, and Speech; Home Health Aides; Wound, Ostomy and Continence Care; IV Therapy; and Medical Social Services.
