Consumers who work are required to pay for some services they receive. How much each consumer pays toward the cost of services is based on his/her income and expenses. This is called a liability determination.

Provides emergency crisis services to the community. Crisis assists consumers who are experiencing a mental health emergency and lack the resources to assist themselves. Immediate intervention for suicidal and depressed individuals being top priority.
