Persons who have a history of addiction and/or wanting to become sober. Individuals must be willing to participate in outpatient drug treatment program
Hours
Monday through Thursday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm

- Substance Use Disorders
Provides Case management to help individuals who struggle with substance abuse develop a sober and drug-free lifestyle, while working towards stability in housing, education, employment, transportation, child care, and healthcare. Services include: connecting individuals to treatment options; assisting with application processes such as Medical Assistance, Social Security, job applications and educational opportunities; legal advocacy; life skills coaching; referrals for transportation, childcare, food, clothing, and other basic needs.
