Eligibility
Children and adolescents with serious mental health challenges at risk of
out of home placement who are between the ages 4 and 18 and who are in
need of intensive treatment and family interventions to prevent out of
home placement.

Provides intensive therapeutic interventions to help youths with serious emotional health challenges stay with their families and to minimize the need for placement in more restrictive environments such as inpatient or residential settings. The program promotes stabilization of mental health symptoms, provides families the support needed to re-stabilize their home environment. Treatment is done in the home, school or community.

Assessment, crisis, and referral services are available 24-hours a day, seven days a week, staffed by psychiatric professionals for initial assessment and referral. Children's Service Center offers a variety of services across a continuum of care from least restrictive to residential.
