Description
Provides creative, therapeutic services and supports, which empower and enable people with mental health challenges to increase their personal, social, and economic self-sufficiency. Treatment modalities include medication management, group and individual therapy, psychoeducational and psychosocial groups. Serves as an opportunity for individuals who have been hospitalized to reenter and adjust to community life and as an alternative to hospitalization for individuals in crisis.
