Eligibility

The targeted population consist largely of Bhutan/Nepali, Puerto Rican, Mexican, Iraqi, Bosnian Russian, Ukrainian, Somalian, Sudanese and Swahili populations, other ethnic groups and low-income and indigent white and African American clients and a large population of newly arriving Refugees having medical need.
