Eligibility
A) Pregnant women or women parenting a child under 18 months B) Women must live in Chester City, Chester Township, Eddystone, Linwood, Marcus Hook, Trainer, Upland, and Woodlyn, or women must live in Delaware County and be a Keystone First member.
Hours
Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm

Application process
Referral may be made by another agency/provider, or client may make self-referral. Intakes are scheduled upon receipt and may be done by phone or in person, on site or in the home.

Provides comprehensive supports to expectant families and those with children under the age of 18 months including health education, developmental screenings for infants and toddlers, resources and referrals, care coordination, breastfeeding support, safe sleep education, and resources. Women can enroll pregnant or postpartum and in any pregnancy (first or subsequent).
