  • Provides rental assistance for residents that live within the City of Reading. Must have an eviction notice.
  • Provides utility assistance for residents that live within the City of Reading. Must have shut off notice.
  • Provides one time help for low-income homeowners with their water, sewer, trash and recycling bills. May receive one time a year - up to $150.00 in credit on the water, sewer, trash and recycling bills
