Offers case management for adults 60 and older, as well as protective services, ombudsman program, home delivered meal program, appraise & insurance counseling, grandparent program, family caretaker program, senior centers, housing assistance, respite care, farmer market vouchers, support groups, legal referrals, nursing home transition, and orphans counseling.
