Central Susquehanna Intermediate Unit - ELECT Program
A free program that provides counseling, intensive case management, health education, child development and parenting skills training, as well as career awareness and job-readiness training to pregnant and parenting teens in high school or alternative settings. Services are provided to mothers and fathers.

Eligibility
Supports pregnant and/or parenting youth, under the age of 22, who are either already enrolled in school, or are looking to go back to school or to complete their GED. Must be a resident of Columbia, Montour, Northumberland, Snyder or Union county.
