Brings together family and friends to support and help parents and caregivers develop a plan for the future of their family. Helps youth to take responsibility for their actions and gives families decision-making power in issues that affect them. Provides trained facilitators to provide a safe space to ensure every voice is heard to: A) Enable youth to take control of their own lives B) Help youth to create a hopeful plan for the future C) Build collaborative relationships with service providers

Buxmont Academy and Community Service Foundation
Provides programs for troubled and at-risk youth in eastern Pennsylvania. Clients include boys and girls, grades 6 to 12, struggling with a wide range of behavioral and emotional problems, learning difficulties, drug and alcohol abuse, legal problems, family problems, impulsive or aggressive behavior, lack of self-esteem, mental health issues, ADD/ADHD, oppositional defiance disorder, sexual, physical or emotional abuse, truancy, school suspensions and expulsions. Programs include 5 school day program sites and 3 community based foster homes, in addition to in-home community based programs, restorative reporting centers, and FGDM conferencing program.
