County residents, 60 years or older with gross annual income within
annually determined levels

June 1st to September 30th - first come, first serve.

Call, walk in. Those unable to travel to the distribution site can obtain vouchers through a proxy with a signed form and photo ID of the individual (call in advance for the form)
