Offers peer support provided by Certified Peer Specialists (CPS) who have had their own experience of recovery. Helps support individuals to become and stay engaged in the recovery process. Services include one-on-one sessions, group sessions, and wellness-based trainings.

Elwyn's Adult Behavioral Health Outpatient site located in Phoenixville, PA (formerly known as Fellowship Health Resources (FHR)), is a nonprofit organization providing both clinical and support services to persons recovering from mental illness, co-occurring disorders, and other life challenges. Our staff is dedicated to delivering and coordinating comprehensive community-based services that promote independence, stability, and increased skill levels for our clients.
