Fee
Membership is free for those in the service area. Those outside of the service area will be charged $15.00 per family for membership. If you own a library card from another library with the "Access" sticker on it, you are able to receive membership for free.
Eligibility
Residents of Bloomsburg, Hemlock Township, and Scott Township.
