Eligibility
Veterans, regardless of length of time in service, who are experiencing homelessness or at risk of losing their housing.
Please Note: Individuals who were enlisted but received a Medical Discharge, Entry-Level Separation, or other administrative discharge under honorable conditions are eligible for services.

Provides transitional housing and supportive services to veterans who are experiencing homelessness, with the goal of each individual moving into permanent housing as soon as they are able to do so (average length of stay is six months).
Several levels of supports are available through the Transitional Housing Programs, depending on the needs of the individual.

Provides housing and supportive services to homeless military Veterans through a partnership with the Veterans Administration. Offers homeless Veterans an array of facilities and services that build residential stability and self-determination and increase a Veteran's earning potential and success in long-term competitive employment.
